It sits perfectly between rucked-up bedroom hair and the Christmas crew Shirt besides I will buy this sleek model bun that’s been dominating our Instagram feed thanks to the new wave supers: Bella, Kendall and Kaia. From the looks of things, Jen’s hair has been pulled into a low ponytail, before being twisted and gently coiled up from the nape of her head to low on her crown. The bun looks to be pinned in place with some ends left loose and messy and the front sections have been pulled forward into pretty tendrils that frame her face. It’s the sort of effortless, romantic updo that this summer calls for. We can imagine dressing it up with a pretty maxi dress for smarter days in the office, or dressing it down with a T-shirt and shorts for lazy weekends or casual catch-ups with friends. These above-25°C days have us turning to sweat shorts and jogger shorts as a cooler alternative to our favourite joggers, especially on the Christmas crew Shirt besides I will buy this days we WFH (sans any aircon). They quite literally are a cropped version of the silhouette’s we’ve come to know and love over the past two years+, maintaining tie-waist details or elasticated waistbands and often rendered in brushed cotton or loop-back french terry for that uber-soft feel.
